MetaSilicon designs automotive CIS with exclusive 2D LOFIC tech for ADAS & AI

MetaSilicon was founded in November 2021. Supported by pioneering 2D LOFIC, computational optics, high-speed high-precision ADC and other core technologies, we develop high-performance video CIS chips for automotive, consumer devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) and embodied intelligence applications for the new intelligent era. Headquartered in Shenzhen, we run R&D centers in Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi’an and Silicon Valley, USA. We are the world’s first image sensor supplier that has successfully deployed 2D LOFIC in automotive-grade CIS SoCs.
As of February 2026, MetaSilicon’s total CIS shipments have surpassed 100 million units, marking a major milestone.
