Through Life Support 360™: Lifecycle Assurance, Without Compromise

Through Life Support 360™ (TLS360™), Rochester Electronics’ program-level lifecycle assurance is for select mission-critical semiconductor product families. It is designed to support long lifecycle systems by maintaining the Active status of components that would otherwise transition to obsolescence under standard manufacturer lifecycles.

TLS360 enables Rochester to continue supplying and managing designated parts as Active—fully authorized and governed—after the original manufacturer has reached standard end-of-life milestones.

For customers, this means existing designs can remain in production longer, without forced redesigns or reactive sourcing, while continuing to operate within a disciplined, transparent lifecycle framework.

Products designated under TLS360 remain 100% authorized and are managed in alignment with publicly available lifecycle definitions and change notification practices published by JEDEC. This includes documented change control and clearly defined lifecycle transitions.

TLS360 applies to select design anchor product families from manufacturers including Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, NXP, and Infineon, with additional coverage added as authorized programs expand.

Each covered part number is assigned a defined lifecycle horizon—Micro, Mid, or Max—providing clear planning signals for how long Rochester intends to maintain Active status and lifecycle governance beyond the manufacturer’s native roadmap.

Lifecycle horizon determinations under TLS360 are supported by agentic artificial intelligence systems that analyze authorized supplier data, historical lifecycle patterns, inventory signals, manufacturing status, and change notification inputs. These AI-assisted analyses augment Rochester Electronics’ formal governance processes, providing objective, repeatable insights to help inform lifecycle classification and planning, while final lifecycle decisions remain under human review and control.

Why TLS360™ Is Different

•   Active status continued beyond standard manufacturer lifecycle endpoints

•   Ongoing supply within a 100% authorized framework

•    Lifecycle horizons, PCN handling, and PDN practices aligned with JEDEC-defined lifecycle terminology

•   Consistent lifecycle treatment across related derivatives and revisions

•   Licensed manufacturing continuity where designated

•   Part number integrity maintained, with no substitutions or forced redesigns
