In modern e-mobility applications, even small metal components perform important functions, for example in high-voltage cabling, connectors, sensor housings, and shielding, as well as in batteries, power electronics, and electric drives. Depending on the function, electrical conductivity, functional surfaces, and electromagnetic compatibility are key.

Series production readiness begins in development

Whether a component can be manufactured reliably and cost-effectively in large quantities is often determined long before production begins. STÜKEN therefore contributes its expertise in materials, manufacturing, and processes to customer projects early on, aligning components with customers in terms of function, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and planned production volumes.

Local-for-Local for international markets

With its international production network, STÜKEN pursues a “Local-for-Local” approach: components should be manufactured, whenever possible, where they are needed. This can shorten transportation routes and delivery times, reduce CO₂ emissions, and strengthen regional supply chains. Projects can start in one region and be transferred to additional sites as volumes grow—with consistently high quality.
