Nouryon is supplying specialty chemicals to the semiconductor industry. For CMP, our portfolio includes Levasil® colloidal silica, Expancel® microspheres, Dissolvine® chelating agents, dispersants and surfactants, which support slurry performance, pad optimization and post-CMP cleaning. For deposition, we offer our high purity metalorganics (Al, In, Ga, Zn, Mg; >99.9999% purity). Nouryon’s advanced Hiperquad™ cylinder technology enables consistent vapor concentration of TMIn during the utilization of the cylinder. Versa®-TL PSS dispersants enhance conductive polymer layer formation in hybrid capacitors. Levasil® colloidal silica enables reliable MLCC miniaturization.
