We are the leading provider of products and solutions for a wide range of applications throughout the semiconductor supply chain, including lithography, etching, thermal evaporation, PVD coating materials, ion beam coating and treatment, IIP, MOCVD and IC packaging. Our extensive expertise in materials such as molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, and their alloys – as well as R&D, engineering and manufacturing expertise -  results in products that meet the most demanding requirements. Refurbishment services are offered to increase the proportion of reused products.
