OHMITE'S HVS SERIES OFFERS IMPROVED PERFORMANCE IN NEW FOOTPRINT
The new HVS Series offers a new footprint for Ohmite aluminium housed resistors and can be seen on Stand B6-100 at Electronica
Available in both 25W and 50W power ratings, the HVS series is housed inside an aluminium extrusion for extra power dissipation, greater ingress protection, and easier mounting. The new footprint of the HVS series makes it a direct drop-in replacement for other aluminium-housed resistors current on the market.
The HVS series is designed for direct heatsink mounting with thermal compound to achieve maximum performance, and have several termination options depending on the application.
The series is also available in non-inductive designs.
