Industrialise provides modular characterization, wafer and final test platforms based on the PXI ecosystem, allowing the same hardware, firmware and software to be reused from R&D through production test. Our  products include digital cards, generic and replaceable char/test PCBs, up to complete testheads with integrated lightsource optimized for mixed—signal and image sensor devices. Oursolutions are offered with a complete software framework with open, license—free architecture, GUI and image—processing tools that run identically in char and production. Industrialise offers engineering services covering PCB, socket and mechanical design, system integration and custom  development for new or existing semicon products. We provides consultancy and test services such as product char, qualification, screening, wafer—level and packaged test built on more than 20 years of industry experience.
