Guangzhou ChengYue, founded in 2011, is a specialized manufacturer of high-performance Insulated Metal Substrates (IMS), thermal management materials for the PCB industry. In 2021, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong ChengYue, was established to expand upstream material production and strengthen supply capacity. ChengYue provides integrated solutions covering IMS raw materials, CCL supply, bare PCB fabrication and PCBA. Production and quality control are carried out in strict accordance with IPC standards, supported by UL, RoHS, ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications. Our product portfolio includes aluminum-based IMS, thermally separated copper substrates and high thermal conductivity laminates for high-power PCB applications, COB packaging and advanced thermal management designs.
