In this area, we offer a comprehensive range of services, from incoming counterfeit inspection and the refreshing of overmarked components, as well as alloy conversion or de-gilding for military and aerospace applications (up-scaling), through gentle laser reballing of BGAs, to the development and manufacture of customized interposers that enable newer packages to be assembled onto older footprints. Final taping, baking and vacuum sealing is completing the process chain.
