DeSta GmbH & Co KG is a manufacturer of very precise, precision mechanical repeatable components as prototypes, pre-series as well as small-medium series.

The manufacturing processes include laser fine cutting, micro-precision water jet cutting (Microwaterjet), CNC milling, wire erosion and CNC bending.

DeSta microcut works primarily as a subcontractor and component manufacturer, but also supplies its customers with complete assemblies including further processing steps (laser welding, surface finishing, plastic overmolding, etc.).

In the field of promising hybrid components, DeSta microcut manufactures, for example, prototypes, pre-series, small and medium series of punched blanks and punched grids, rotors and starors, pins, press fits, bus bars and the like.
