Fraunhofer FEP works on innovative solutions in the fields of vacuum coating, surface treatment and organic semiconductors. The basis for this is formed by the core competencies of electron beam technology, plasma-assisted large area and precision coating, roll-to-roll technologies, development of technological key components as well as technologies for organic electronics and IC/system design.
We offer a wide range of R&D and pilot manufacturing capabilities, especially for treatment, sterilization, structuring and coating of surfaces as well as for OLED microdisplays, sensors and optical filters. The aim is to exploit the innovation potential of the technologies for new production processes and components and make it available to our customers.
