Alliance Memory will be showcasing 4Gb and 8Gb eMMC solutions for solid-state storage in consumer, industrial, and networking applications; new “A” die 4Gb DDR4 SDRAMs with power consumption down to +1.2V (±0.06V), fast clock speeds to 1600MHz and high transfer rates to 3200Mbps; 128Mb and 256Mb 1.8V serial NOR Flash products with fast read performance up to 133MHz; and 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, and 8Gb of DDR3 (1.5V) and DDR3L (1.35V) SDRAMs.
